鴻海D次集團AI團隊到訪IBM中心交流討論

2018年7月25日，鴻海D次集團（Foxconn）AI團隊的Co-Ledaer徐長愷博士率領單位里的專家拜會交大-IBM智慧物聯網巨量資料分析研發中心（NCTU-IBM iIoT Research Center）雙方進行了關於工業大數據應用研究方面的技術交流及未來合作方向的探討。

July 25th 2018, AI team of Foxconn paid a visit to NCTU-IBM iIoT Research Center. The technical exchange of industrial big data application and cooperation direction in the future were discussed.

首先，Foxconn徐長愷博士介紹了鴻海D次集團製造智能的架構及現況，其製造智能體系主要包括整厰良率朔源、外觀檢測及設備數據採集與健康管理，聚焦建立完整AI大數據與分析。進而，IBM中心王蒞君教授介紹了中心的資源及專注執行的研究計劃情況。

Dr. Chang-Kai Hsu of Foxconn introduced their Manufacturing Intelligence system which including RCA, AVI and PHM. And Prof. Li-Chun Wang introduced NCTU-IBM iIoT Research Center and research projects.

短暫休息后，聚焦工業大數據應用之健康管理，IBM中心研究團隊演示了PHM相關研究計劃Demo，雙方進行了深入的技術交流。最後，對於未來合作模式及方向，雙方也做了初步探討，愉快結束了此次的參訪。

After a short break, research team of NCTU-IBM iIoT Research Center showed the demo of industrial big data application project. Both sides focused on PHM and exchanged different ideas. Finally, the visit came to a happy ending with initially exchange ideas about cooperation.
