Real-world Neuroimaging Research and BCI: From Research to Reality
17th October, Prof. Tzyy-Ping Jung (UC San Diego, National Chiao Tung University, and Tianjin University) was invited by IBM iIoT Research Center to give a speech at Engineering Building E. EE 105.
Professor Wang gave Prof. Tzyy-Ping Jung a warm welcome and introduced him to the audience. The research of Prof. Tzyy-Ping Jung emphasized on the integration of the cognitive sciences, basic and clinical neuroscience, bioengineering, and machine learning. Dr. Jung’s work is truly interdisciplinary and well cited by peers.
The topic of his speech was Real-world Neuroimaging Research and BCI: From Research to Reality. Prof. Tzyy-Ping Jung presented an excellent speech. He talked about the challenges with the MoBI technology, dry and wireless EEG sensors and systems, a truly wearable multi-modal biosensing platform for real-world Neuroimaging and so on. He talked in depth about his research with easy understanding words.
At last, Prof. Tzyy-Ping Jung shared a heated discussion with the audience. The speech drew to a close with participants sharing their ideas and questions positively.
