FOXCONN陳嘉琳博士來訪
2018年6月27日，鴻海科技集團云平臺事業處協理陳嘉琳博士到訪交大-IBM智慧物聯網巨量資料分析研發中心，初步交流物聯網技術發展與合作方向。
June 27th 2018, Assistant Vice President Dr. Chen of the Cloud Platform Business Division from Foxconn Technology Group paid a visit to NCTU-IBM iIoT Research Center. Initially exchange ideas about Internet of Things technology development and cooperation.
陳嘉琳博士簡單介紹了鴻海科技集團的組織架構及專注發展領域，同時，對於他本人負責的云平臺事業處目前的發展規劃進行闡述，表明希望在物聯網方向發掘技術合作或產學研結合等其他形式的合作。IBM中心主任王蒞君教授及林家瑜博士也分別對中心目前在物聯網數據處理與數據傳輸及時性等方面所做的工作進行了介紹説明。最後，陳嘉琳博士的此次到訪在簡短而深入的交流中結束。
Dr. Chen briefly introduced the organizational structure and focus of development of Foxconn Technology Group. Besides, he elaborated the current development plan of the cloud platform business division and hoped to explore cooperation of the Internet of Things, such as technological cooperation and promote the integration of production, teaching and research in a variety of approaches. Prof. Wang and Dr. Lin gave presentations on the current work we have done on data processing, timeliness and other things of the Internet of Things. Finally, the visit ended with a brief but deep exchange.
